I want to thank my mentor for his help in preparing me for the Android Developer job interview. I received a lot of useful information during the mentor sessions. Arvind is an excellent mentor, he knows how to explain complex things in simple and clear ways. We have covered topics such as: multithreading, network, fragments, markdown, pagination, and more. As a result, I went to the interview well prepared and today I received an offer in a company where I hope to keep working for a long time and grow to the position of a senior developer!
I really enjoy learning with my mentor, he is definitely a professional in his field. At each lesson, he explains the discussed topic in detail, focuses on specific cases that you might come across during software development, shares coding best-practices. He also directs me to different websites, books and other materials that would be most effective for my self-learning. The effect of mentorship exceeded my expectations.
I am very pleased with my progress, as a result I am motivated to keep working on my professional growth.
I have been working with Prashant for a few months now and I can say for sure that he is a real pro in his field. Together we are working on a Django project. I really enjoy learning through mentorship: Prashant built a roadmap both for the software development part and for the study and implementation of technologies unknown to me. We haven’t been working together for that long but I can already see the results.
I am very grateful to Satender for taking the time to work with me. He helped me overcome a career crisis. Thanks to the mentor sessions, I understand my weaknesses and know how to approach them. Satender also gave me tips on how I can improve my work performance. Now I see the big picture and am in control of my career trajectory. I highly recommend to everyone who has come across any problems at work or does not know how to grow professionally to try working with a mentor.
Abdul is an excellent mentor and career advisor. After working with him, I started understanding the Data Science market much better, felt more confident in myself and my abilities and, most importantly, was able to answer the question: “What will my career growth strategy for the next two years look like?.” Abdul shared numerous useful links and his own thoughts about the world of ML, as well as more practical knowledge. For example, how to get a job in FAANG . As a result of our work, I reached my goals and found a new job.
I’m very thankful to Yash for all the knowledge. My goal was to quickly learn Kotlin after coding in Java for years. There were about 10 mentor sessions in total, where I asked questions, we worked on pet projects, and solved problems on Codewars. It is already the second week at my new job where I have to use Kotlin and I got used to it quickly thanks to Yash.
